First Prize is drawn by barrel and Member and Bonus Draws are drawn by way of random generator. Gold is valued at the purchase price on the day of the draw. Gold Bullion selling costs of between 2 and 2.5% apply and are incurred by the winner at the time of sale. The value of the Gold Bullion could be affected by the fluctuating spot price on the day of sale. Unclaimed Prizes in ACT & NSW only
If a prize is unclaimed in the ACT and NSW within 3 months of the draw date, yourtown will comply with the terms and conditions stipulated by ACT Gaming and Racing Commission and NSW Fair Trading in relation to a redraw. Such redraw for any unclaimed prizes for yourtown Draw 556 Bonus draws would occur at yourtown, Suite 5, Cordova St, Milton Qld 4064 on Monday, 24 August 2026. The main 1st prize would be redrawn by barrel commencing at 12:00pm AEST and any myplace and bonus draws unclaimed via electronic draws at 6:00am AEST.

Unclaimed Prizes in other States (excluding ACT and NSW)
Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of the Draw. In the event that 1st Prize remains unclaimed for one year following the date of Draw 556 a redraw will be conducted on Monday 24 May 2027 at 12:00pm AEST at yourtown Head Office, 5 Cordova Street Milton Qld 4064 by barrel draw. In the event that any bonus draws above $5,000 in value or member draws above $5,000 in value remain unclaimed for one year following their draw dates, these will be redrawn on Monday, 24 May 2027 at 6:00am AEST by electronic draw at yourtown Head Office, 5 Cordova Street Milton Qld 4064. Any prizes won by Entrants excluding NSW and ACT residents under $5,000 in value that have not been claimed within twelve months of the listed Draw Date will be sold and the proceeds applied to yourtown’s charity purposes.
